UPDATED — Helpless author Christie Blatchford will be appearing on TVO’s The Agenda tonight at 8:00 PM to discuss Caledonia:

Revisiting Caledonia with Christie Blatchford: Is there a double-standard of justice for aboriginals and non-aboriginals in Ontario?

[Comment From VoiceofCanada VoiceofCanada : ] Two separate Superior Court judges in 2 separate court injunctions in Hagersville and Cayuga related to illegal occupations have stated that the recognized reps of 6N have not made a claim for possession or return of the land and that any claim made would not succeed. Can send court docs to interested parties.

Joan Holmes (who also testified at the Ipperwash Inquiry) prepared a detailed report on the history of the Haldimand Tract for the Superior Court judge hearing the Brantford injunction and she concluded 6N had no claims there.
